① 预订流程

在预订课程前，请先通过以下方式确认是否有可预约的教练和时间：

请在咨询时提供以下信息：

  • 希望上课的日期与人数
  • 滑雪场位置（如龙平、阿尔卑西亚等）
  • 滑雪或单板课程
  • 所需教练人数
  • 希望的授课语言（中文 / 英文）

② 取消与退款政策

SKIDIEM 根据韩国《国内旅游标准条款》及滑雪课程的实际运营情况，制定以下合理退款标准。 因教练安排、保险登记、滑雪场通行证及课程预约已提前支付费用，取消时将收取相应手续费。

⏰ 取消与退款规则：

  • 课程开始前 14 天及以上取消：全额退款。
  • 课程开始前 13-7 天 取消：扣除课程费用的 50%。
  • 课程开始前 6-4天 取消：扣除课程费用的 30%。
  • 课程开始前 3-1天 取消：扣除课程费用的 10%。
  • 当天取消或未到场：不退款（100%手续费）。

※ 如遇滑雪场关闭，将提供 100% 全额退款。

* 客户在付款后即视为已阅读并同意以上取消与退款政策。
* 因提前支付教练、保险与滑雪场预约费用，取消时将依据上表比例扣除手续费。

① Booking Process

Before booking, please check lesson availability through the following channels:

Please include the following details in your inquiry:

  • Preferred lesson date and number of participants
  • Resort name (e.g., Yongpyong, Alpensia, etc.)
  • Lesson type (Ski or Snowboard)
  • Number of instructors needed
  • Preferred language (English / Chinese)

② Cancellation & Refund Policy

SKIDIEM follows the Korean “Standard Terms for Domestic Travel” and applies the following refund standards. Due to instructor assignment, insurance registration, and pre-paid resort access fees, cancellation fees will apply as follows:

⏰ Cancellation & Refund Rules:

  • 14 days or more before the lesson: Full refund.
  • 13-7 days before the lesson: 50% refund.
  • 6-4 days before the lesson: 30% refund.
  • 3-1 days before the lesson: 10% refund
  • Same-day cancellation or no-show: No refund (100% fee applies).

* In case of ski resort closure, a full 100% refund will be provided.

* By completing payment, the customer confirms that they have read and agreed to the above cancellation and refund policy.
* Cancellations are subject to partial deductions due to instructor assignment, insurance registration, and resort prepayment costs.
