All instructors hold international certifications (KSIA, SBAK, NZSIA, ISIA).

🧾 Insurance Information

All participants are covered by SKIDIEM’s insurance policy.
Please provide your full information at least two weeks before your lesson date to ensure proper registration.
Insurance does not apply to children under the age of 9.

The coverage includes both accident insurance and liability insurance.
Passport information is required for registration. If you choose not to provide passport details, insurance cannot be applied.

In the event of an accident, SKIDIEM will assist in processing the insurance claim; however, any hospital medical fees must be paid directly by the customer.

💳 Cancellation & Refund Policy

SKIDIEM follows the Korean Domestic Travel Standard Terms and Conditions to provide a fair and transparent refund policy.
Because instructor assignment, insurance registration, and ski resort passes are prepared in advance, a handling fee will be charged for cancellations.

* By completing payment, customers are considered to have read and agreed to the above cancellation and refund policy.
* As instructor, insurance, and ski resort fees are paid in advance, the above rates will be applied for cancellations.
